What is IP address?
IP address stands for Internet Protocol address. This basically is the locator for an IP device to find another one and interact with it. You can kind of think of it as a street address for your computer or other kind of network device. Your IP address can be used to identify a specific computer or other network device easily since every number is different.

Many websites and most hackers use IP addresses to monitor your personal business and that your home address and other personal information about you can be retrieved once your IP address is known.
If your IP address isn’t hidden, virtually anyone with Internet access can track you directly to your home. Everyone can see this information—including hackers!
Why we need to change our IP address?
To bypass megaupload download limit, to disable the ban from various site such as dattebayo, forum, online game and so on.
How to change
For Windows - Computer connected directly to the modem
Step 1
Start->Run->Key in "cmd" without the quotes
Step 2
Type these commands in the command prompt:
"ipconfig /flushdns" (Without the quotes)
"ipconfig / release" (Without the quotes)
"ipconfig / renew" (Without the quotes)
Before you begin step 2..please disconnect(dc) your internet connection first..After completed the step 2..reconnect again.
The check you IP address..Go to http://www.ip-adress.com/
You also can use notepad to change your IP.
Copy the commands->paste into notepad->save as ".BAT" (Without the quotes)
So.. every time you just need to click the file and it will automatically change you IP ^^
