Notice On Application For The Refund Of Caution Money - Competency / Certificate / Diploma Courses

Students who are completing their final semester of the course of study are reminded to apply for the Caution Money refund of RM100.00 by completing and submitting the Caution Money application form (BURSARY/CM/01) to the School Office / Branch Campus, before the end of the final semester in the College.

The above application forms are obtainable from the respective School Office / Branch Campus.

Must have public bank account in order to obtain the RM100.
Note: You must use your OWN public bank account.


Procedure
SBS office(Business Students)->Take the form->Fill it(remember your public bank account number)->Submit to SBS office.


When can we get the Caution Money refund of RM100.00?
You only can get your refund amount when you are graduate. Yup. That mean by completing the diploma course. And PASS all subjects. If you still having resit paper..then you need to wait until you pass those shits.
Note: Those who proceed to advance diploma (tarc), will get the refund after you graduate the advance diploma. Anyways, you can submit the form anytime. In pending. There is no Expire Date.

Besides, you also can donate to Tar College the RM100 by "checked" the "donate to Tar College in the form.
